Hello, love. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 

As we begin this new year, I want to reset our energy and align with our most authentic selves — especially if you’re an entrepreneur, creator, or high-achieving woman who feels tired despite getting enough rest.

In this episode, I'm discussing energy regulation — not motivation, productivity hacks, or other superficial approaches, but rather what’s actually draining your energy and how to start restoring it sustainably. These are the seven things I am leaning into daily to feel my optimal self and perform at my best (by listening to my body).

This conversation was inspired by a client who told me she felt exhausted no matter what she did. And I’ve been there. For a long time, I lived in a constant state of fatigue because my energy was leaking in places I wasn’t aware of yet. And that seemed like the perfect place to kick off  2026!

In this episode, I break down what’s really happening in the body when you feel tired all the time, and how misalignment — in your work, habits, environment, and even relationships — slowly depletes your energy over time.
