In this episode, I’m talking about the moments when clarity feels impossible — when we don’t have the answers yet, when life feels confusing or uncertain, and when we’re trying to force a timeline our nervous system isn’t ready for.
For so long, I tried to “think” my way into clarity. I tried to plan every step, control the outcome, and make life make sense before moving forward. But true clarity doesn’t come from the mind — it comes from nervous system safety, inner quiet, and learning to listen to your body.
I share how stepping away from a successful creative agency, resetting my nervous system, and slowing down helped me find the direction I couldn’t see when I was overwhelmed and overstimulated.
